Resistance bands are the versatile mini gym for at home and on the go - small and easy to transport, they offer countless exercise options for a perfect workout. The Super-Bands are used to support stability, strength and pull-up training and also promote the development of arm, shoulder, chest and back muscles. The Super-Bands are available as individual items in the different resistance levels: Extra Light - yellow (13mm, resistance 6-12kg), Light - green (21mm, resistance 12-20kg), Medium - blue (32mm, resistance 20-30kg), Heavy - red (45mm, resistance 40-50kg). In addition to the individual items, the Super Bands are also available in a set of 4. Due to the different degrees of resistance, the muscles throughout the body can be trained in a targeted, safe and gradual manner. The loop straps, made of premium latex, have a circumference of approx. 208 cm, are particularly stretchy and odour-free. They increase the effectiveness and intensity of exercises and are also used in physiotherapy or rehabilitation.
