The Flex VRT is our premium composite deck snowshoe that delivers premium performance for backcountry exploration. The DynamicFitT 2.0 binding features the BOA® Fit System that distributes tension evenly around the boot, combined with EVA foam for the ultimate comfortable and precise fit. The new Flex Torsion Deck technology allows for a natural stride from heel to toe and absorbs shock to reduce stress on the joints. At the same time, the FLEX tail provides built-in rear traction that keeps the snowshoe on track and underfoot, making descents a breeze. This deck provides just the right amount of stiffness for side hilling while adapting to the terrain. Paired with aggressive Traction Rails and the ViperT 2.0 crampon, this snowshoe bites into any snow condition. The ActiveLiftT heel lift (19°) turns it into a mountaineering machine.Snowshoe categoryBackcountryCramponsViperT 2.0 toe cramponsTraction barsSnowshoe FrameFlex DeckTArticulationRotating toe bar with rotation limiterFeaturesBOA® Fit SystemHeel lift

Choosing the Correct Size
| Criterion | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| Calculate Total Weight | Add body weight, clothing, backpack and all other equipment. |
| Consider Snow Conditions | A longer snowshoe provides more flotation in deep, soft powder. |
| Consider the Terrain | A more compact size can be easier to manoeuvre on firm snow and technical terrain. |
| Check Shoe Size | The binding must fit the winter or hiking footwear being used. |
| Overlapping Weight Ranges | When ranges overlap, choose according to snow, terrain and preferred manoeuvrability. |
Centimetre lengths are rounded conversions of the official inch sizes. In particularly deep powder, the next longer size may be appropriate even when the total weight falls within the smaller range.
