The Mangrove is suitable for a variety of paddlers looking for a stable platform for different purposes. This stability is provided by the Mangrove's flat bottom and full rails. Its rounded bow glides effortlessly in flat water, cuts easily through choppy water and provides a smoother ride. Like the Okeanos, the Mangrove has a center fin for directional control and stability. It is equipped with 2 FCS II fin boxes on the rail so you can add smaller, shallow draft fins for paddling in shallow water, through mangroves or in rocky conditions. These two side fins allow you to remove your center fin, maintain directional control and glide through the shallows without catching your center fin, and be stable when putting a fully loaded board ashore. There's plenty of deck space for your kids, dog and cooler, as well as plenty of bungee tie-downs on the deck and stern to secure your gear. The shorter length makes the Mangrove easy to handle on the water and lift off the car.
