How to measure: Measure the chest around the fullest point, the waist at the narrowest point and the hips around the fullest point. Inseam is measured from the crotch to the ankle. Do not add extra room for close-fitting race and aero products.
If you are between sizes, the larger size provides more freedom of movement and space for base layers. For race suits and very close-fitting products, also check the product-specific fit information.
