Glove measurement: Measure around the dominant hand over the knuckles, excluding the thumb. The tape should sit close without feeling tight.

How to measure: Measure body height while standing upright without shoes. Measure the chest horizontally around the fullest point. Measure the waist where the trousers normally sit and the hips around the fullest point. SPIDI also recommends comparing product measurements with a similar garment that already fits well.
For race suits, allow additional room for chest and back protectors. Boot and shoe sizing is model-specific because SPIDI does not publish one universal foot-length chart for all models.
