How to Measure

Measurement Point	Instructions
Chest	Measure at the widest part of the chest below the arms, with the arms hanging loosely.
Waist	Measure at the narrowest point of the waist.
Hips	Measure around the widest part of the hips and buttocks.
Inseam	Measure on the inside of the leg from the crotch to the sole.
Sleeve length	Measure from the centre back to the wrist, with the arms slightly bent.

Measuring note: Wear only underwear and no shoes. Place the tape loosely around the body and do not tighten it. Schöffel recommends being measured by a second person.
