The Zebru long-sleeve baselayer is designed to wick away moisture, dry quickly and improve thermoregulation during intense physical exertion in colder conditions. This makes it the ideal choice for mountain activities. Its name refers to a mountain in the Ortler Alps, Monte Zebrù. It is made in Italy and the main ingredient in its material is fine merino wool, which provides optimal thermal performance and moisture wicking and feels comfortable against the skin.

Infrared Material Technology

In a body mapping design, we have combined the merino wool-polyfiber blend with the special Responsive Polyamide yarns, which contain a unique blend of natural thermo-reactive minerals. Responsive absorbs the body's far infrared radiation (FIR) and gradually releases it back into the muscle tissue. This increases blood flow, cell performance, and oxygenation, so you stay warmer longer, perform better, and recover faster. Good to know: Responsive technology is an integral part of the material – so the minerals do not wash out.

The Zebru is very soft and has a close-fitting sporty cut. The polyamide content makes it particularly durable and retains its shape. Thanks to our advanced circular knitting process, the entire upper body is made of one piece - for more comfort without rubbing seams. In addition, merino wool naturally prevents odor formation.
