Named after the summit of the same name in the Ortler Group and made in Italy, the Zebru Baselayer is primarily made of extremely fine-grained and very supple merino wool, which ensures optimal moisture absorption, warmth and next-to-skin comfort.
Alpine Merino Responsive
The Alpine Merino Responsive fiber absorbs moisture and dries quickly, making it the perfect choice for cold days. For this fiber, we combine natural merino wool and synthetic polyamide fibers with responsive yarns. They are made using special thermo-reactive minerals and absorb the far infrared energy (FIR) emitted by the body for longer-lasting heat retention. The responsive minerals are also permanently bonded to the fibers and do not wash out.
The Zebru Long Sleeve has a body-hugging, stretchy cut. The addition of polyamide fibers makes it very durable and retains its shape even without elastane. The special knitting process allows for the creation of a seamless, one-piece torso piece for more comfort without itching or chafing - making the long-sleeved merino winter baselayer perfect for children.
