Comfortable, flexible and supportive, the MTN Trainer 2 is a versatile, low-shaft shoe for alpine approaches and features a high-quality 1.6mm suede upper and a Vibram outsole. Inside, the waterproof GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort membrane ensures that your feet can breathe while protecting them from the elements. The soft textile lining wicks away moisture for added comfort. The shoe is also equipped with a protective, elastic gaiter under the laces that protects against rain and water.

Designed in Montebelluna, the cradle of alpine footwear, this shoe features a unique last construction that is 15% lighter than the original. The specific women's fit with molded heel counters provides comfortable support for your feet and prevents slipping on descents for more stability. In addition, the PU midsole offers durable shock absorption and rebound, reducing the feeling of fatigue in the feet. We also equip the high-quality upper with a 360° rubber rand for abrasion resistance to protect your feet on rocky terrain.

Underfoot, the multifunctional Vibram outsole allows for mobility and stability on rugged terrain. The self-cleaning notches and the deep lugs guarantee ideal grip on rocks and scree as well as optimal traction on softer ground such as mud or grass. The sole also benefits from a special via ferrata profile in front of the heel, which allows a better grip on iron rungs of via ferrata ladders.

The women's MTN Trainer 2 is equipped with our proprietary 3F system for greater flexibility, a more comfortable fit and better support. With a padded OrthoLite foam footbed and climbing shoe lacing system that can be adapted to technical terrain or recreational use.
