Reliable protection
The Alp Trainer 2 is a modern hiking boot with a mid-high shaft that reliably protects you on long hikes on rough terrain. It has a robust, high-quality suede upper with durable stretch inserts on the tongue and a waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort lining. The generous rubber rand offers additional protection against rock edges and scree.

Comfort and support

The shoe has been specially designed for women to take into account the special shape of the female foot. It has a precise fit, gives your foot support and is comfortable the first time you put it on. Our patented 3F system provides a firm grip on the ankle and lateral stability on rough terrain, while the soft Flex Collar gives the ankle more freedom of movement and increases comfort downhill. With the adjustable SALEWA® Multi Fit Footbed Plus (MFF+), you can choose between different insoles and thus adjust the shoe volume to you. The climbing shoe lacing system also allows individual tightening up to the toes.

Grip and control
The optimized Vibram® Alpine Hiking outsole, which is only offered by SALEWA®, improves performance and control on a wide variety of mountain terrain. Thanks to its special climbing, grip and braking zones, it also convinces in wet and muddy conditions.
