The Wildfire Leather 2 GTX combines flexibility, stability and reliable grip for touring in demanding terrain. Its high-quality, slim upper made of 1.6 millimeter nubuck leather is reinforced by a circumferential, PU-coated 360° edge. Inside, the waterproof, breathable and PFAS-free GORE-TEX® lining keeps the feet dry even on muddy trails, in rain and wet.
The outsole has a climbing zone in the toe area, which ensures optimal grip during easy climbing passages. The grippy
POMOCA® rubber compound, on the other hand, provides a secure grip on both dry and damp surfaces. The approach shoe also has a C.F.F. footbed (Costum Fit Footbed), which allows individual adjustment and supports the arch of the foot. With the Climbing Lacing (the climbing lacing system), the toe area can be laced precisely, which makes it possible to pedal even more precisely.
