From wild mountain terrain to endless hiking trails and paved roads: The Puez 2 Mid Powertex trekking shoe with a mid-high shaft comes in a progressive, modern design that stands for a smooth transition and a high level of comfort on a variety of terrain. The abrasion-resistant ripstop polyester upper in a mid-cut is reinforced with a toe cap and a wrap-around, protective rubber edge. Meanwhile, the processed, waterproof, breathable Powertex® membrane provides reliable protection against moisture and dirt.

Permanent wearing comfort
The special trekking profile, the two-part EVA midsole with varying intensity stiffness and soft heel cushioning, as well as the soft, recycled and customizable CFF footbed, together with the included Volume Reducer insole, ensure a high level of comfort and an individual fit.

Technical & innovative
The Puez 2 Mid Powertex trekking shoe is equipped with a Pomoca™ Alpine Trekker outsole, which gives ideal grip and traction in technical terrain. The special feature of the sole, however, is the new Salewa Edging Plate II: a special, thermoplastic insole plate that extends over the entire length of the shoe. Thanks to the Edging Plate II, the shoe offers a high degree of flexibility and cushioning for long-lasting comfort while maintaining high stiffness and stability in the forefoot and heel area. This creates an ideal combination of flexibility and support.
Likewise, our proven Salewa 3F system with Kevlar® cords further increases stability at the ankles and in the midfoot: The patented system connects the lacing system, sole and heel and thus guarantees a secure hold with the same flexibility. The climbing-lacing system also allows for precise lacing in the toe area for an even more precise fit, more support and ideal adjustment.

This women's trekking shoe with a mid-cut shaft bears the Salewa Committed symbol and meets our strict environmental and sustainability standards to leave the lowest possible environmental footprint. In addition, the recycled, customizable CFF footbed is made of recycled mesh fabric and the waterproof, breathable membrane is PFC-free.
