Helmet measurement: Wrap the measuring tape horizontally around the widest part of the head, approximately across the middle of the forehead and above the eyebrows. After putting the helmet on, move your head from side to side and forwards and backwards. If the helmet slips, it is too large. If it causes strong or painful pressure, choose a larger size.
