How to Measure

Measurement Instructions
Foot Length Measure in the afternoon while wearing the socks you intend to use. Measure both feet and use the longer value.
Chest Measure horizontally around the fullest part of the chest.
Waist Measure where the trousers are normally worn, slightly below the natural waist.
Hips Measure horizontally around the fullest part of the hips.
Height Stand upright without shoes and measure from the floor to the top of the head.

Not every size and width is available for every Mizuno model. Football, running, indoor and unisex footwear may use different available size ranges.
