The Vacuum (Lady) 3.5 is perfect for extended tours and comfortable hiking in easy alpine terrain. The integrated MFS vacuum® foam adapts precisely and, above all, pressure-free to any foot shape in the ankle and tab area. The GORE-TEX heel lining, which is constructed without seams, is particularly impressive here. The DiGAfix® deep-pull hook improves the heel fit and enables two-zone lacing. The upper is made of a combination of highly abrasion-resistant nylon and suede. Combined with a circumferential, hand-wound rubber belt, the shoe is very robust. The Meindl Multigrip® ROCK sole with PU cushioning wedge and frame technology ensures a secure hold and optimally adapted cushioning.

How to Measure and Try the Footwear
| Step | Instructions |

| 1. Measure in the Afternoon | Feet become slightly larger during the day. Measure and try footwear in the afternoon or evening where possible. |
| 2. Wear the Correct Socks | Measure and try the footwear with the hiking, winter or trekking socks you intend to use. |
| 3. Check Both Feet | Measure both feet and select the size based on the longer foot. |
| 4. Set the Heel Back | Push the heel back, centre the tongue and lace the footwear correctly. |
| 5. Check Toe Room | A correctly fitting hiking boot needs approximately 1 cm of toe room; the toes must not touch the front when walking downhill. |
| 6. Check More Than Length | Width, heel hold, instep and overall volume must also match the shape of the foot. |
Choosing a size: Meindl does not recommend automatically adding a full shoe size. Foot length, toe room, heel hold, width and the volume of the individual model are decisive. When in doubt, also test the next larger size during fitting.
Not every EU, UK or US size is available for every model. Women's, kids', Comfort fit® and extended sizes vary by product.
