How to measure: Measure the chest around the fullest part of the chest and shoulder blades. Men should measure the waist where their trousers normally sit, approximately 5–6 cm below the navel. Women should measure the natural waist at the narrowest point and the hips at the fullest point. For gloves, measure around the widest part of the palm and over the knuckles; hand length is measured from the wrist crease to the tip of the middle finger.

If you are between sizes or at the top of a measurement range, Knox generally recommends choosing the next size up for upper-body garments and gloves.
