For Hiplok wearable chain locks, the main sizing measurement is the adjustable waist range. Manufacturer inch values are also shown as converted centimetre values.

Hiplok wearable locks are carried around the waist while riding without being locked to the body. The cm values are converted from the official inch measurements.
