Airex Balance Pad Standard smooth surface soft - lava, 480x400x60 mm

The AIREX balance pad is a perfect therapy and training device made of the well-known soft AIREX foam. With its smooth surface, the balance pad is perfect for barefoot beginners in balance training. This balance pad has the desired destabilizing properties due to its thickness of 6 cm. The flexible foam constantly challenges the body to keep its balance and thus stabilize the joints. The exercises on this balance pad cause a greater use of deep muscles than exercises without a balance pad. Training on the balance pad can improve both physical and coordinative skills, such as strength, endurance and balance.

Medical purpose:

The AIREX products are designed as a movement therapy aid for both institutional and domestic use. Object lying on the floor serves as a base for a person during medically indicated and prescribed exercises to improve motor skills and balance or postural control and/or for the treatment of muscle weakness in the limbs and torso as a result of a neurological or orthopaedic disease with movement therapy.
